The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The surrounding area of the hotel was nice to walk around there are many good food options and varieties and some really nice shops as well. We were given an “upgraded” room which was fine. Unfortunately it had an accessible bathroom which we certainly did NOT need. We didn’t notice the bathroom until too late. Each time we took a shower the bathroom flooded!

Staff were polite and helpful and check- in and out were smooth but the hotel its self is tired and desperatly in need of a renovation. Our room was stifling hot when we first entered and despite turning off all the heating we sweltered through the night. The lifts are tiny and slow which made getting between floors hard with a family and luggage.
