Right in the heart of Westminster beside the Charing Cross station. Many food options and all sites walkable. The staff were so helpful especially Andrea who reccomended an amazing Italian restaurant down the street. The bar was quaint and the drinks amazing!!! The hotel was wonderful from the start to finish. The rooms were clean and room service occurred multiple times a day, if you were still in your room in the morning. The breakfast buffet is worth it and the staff was wonderful. Mateus and team were gracious hosts. Loved the small moments to ‘wow’ the customers: from the complimentary drink at the Bar, to the snack service during the day, to the candles on the stairwell, in the evening. Overall, I would recommend staying there again!
