Fantastic, historic hotel in the centre of London with easy access to transport and main attractions. The dinner and breakfast options were very good and the Expedia VIP discount on food was great. A very nice, traditional English hotel.

This was my 3rd stay in this lovely hotel. Staff is wonderful and rooms are large and spacious. Beautiful and clean hotel with a great bar and a restaurant. Close to tube/train and a taxi queue outside. Will stay here again!

The start of your email asked how was my check in and the email was sent to me during our stay?! Having said that check in was quick and easy. Reception staff all very pleasant, polite and helpful.
