Fantastic stay

Room deco was beautiful and room was so clean. Although kettle and TV weren't working when we get to room, but service person repaired quickly after reporting to receptionist Town and station was so close from hotel.

It was definitely a pleasant accommodation to stay at for a few days visiting London and I shall definitely consider staying there again if the price is right. It would have been nice to have the cost of the breakfast buffet to be included in the booking and the variety to choose from was reasonable, but would have been nice to have mushrooms and poached eggs as part of the selection. The room I stayed was definitely reasonable in terms of size and appearance since it was relatively tidy. The location was also very convenient because it's a short walking distance from the underground station to catch the Northern line, which would take me to popular areas in London like Leicester Square, Tottenham Court Road & Waterloo.

Comfortable bed, although the room was so small that the bed was pushed against the wall to make it fit. Next time I will request to have a bed accessible from both sides. I could not get onto WiFi for some reason and the hotel staff tried to help me. A good value hotel in a lovely area of London.

Property has used photographs of the outside of other venues on their Expedia page which have been since taken down and refused to refund when this was raised. The single room was a dated 7x7ft box with a shower only ran cold and WiFi that wouldn't connect. You get a mini fridge, hair dryer and a fan and that is it, the maze of corridors to the room smells of stale cigarettes and paint and has discarded cigarette butts on the floor. Avoid at all costs

Awful stay

Rooms were too close together and could hear surrounding customers, had to endure other customers screaming and shouting for 3 nights solid, I had to get up at 3am to the Eurostar this morning and I could not sleep properly due to this and nobody told them to quiet down. Shower was barely passable and cold. I will not be staying again.

First of all there was no parking whatsoever.people had blocked the entrances to the car park by parking their cars over the entrance and exit to the car oark.the hotels reason was that an event was going on.there was no one marshalling the car park, secondly there appears to be blood on the carpet at the end of the bed which is disgusting, there is mould all over the shower, the bin hadn't been emptied before we got in there so was greeted with someone else's rubbish, the shower was blocked so all dirty scum came out the drain all over our feet and over split onto the bathroom floor. We definitely won't be staying here again

The place looks dirty and old at the outside but in the inside it looks the complete opposite but trying to see where you are staying is very tough to find once you check in doorway after door way and just seemed inconvenient

The property should be shut down , never in my life have I ever stayed in a place so dirty and smelly. It is absolutely vile and the staff have a bad attitude towards you when you complain!
