We loved our stay. Multiple key swipes had us feeling very safe with our family. Breakfast at the hotel was great, and of course amazing location (especially for Elizabeth Line from Heathrow and all around the city on Elizabeth, Bakerloo, Circle, etc.). A small recommendation would be to send a staff member out front a couple times a day to pickup snack/food rubbish, as it collected around the doors. But great service with clean rooms, hallways, and helpful staff. Thank you!

We loved our stay at the Premier Inn in Paddington. We had a family room that was a decent size, room for our luggage, super clean, super quiet and comfortable. Bathroom was lovely and a good size. View over looking the station which was nice. The location is 100%. Staff were ok, bit direct at times but ok. For those travellers that need washing done, they use an external provider that collects your washing and returns it and it’s very affordable. When travelling with kids for an extended period, I find washing services a necessity that no reviews provide. We will definitely stay again.

It was a nice place to stay. However. We were given a handicapped room which was not ideal. Im a tall guy and counter heights and the shower were geared for someone in a wheelchair. The bed was great and proximity to the train station was ideal. We took the Heathrow Express to the airport in the morning to catch a flight. Very easy. Much better than staying at the airport like we have in the past.

This is the second Premier Inn we’ve stayed at in London and it was great for our family of 4. The hotel breakfast is awesome and reasonably priced. Kids appreciate having their own twin beds. This premier is very convenient located right across the street from Paddington Station with access to the Elizabeth line. Plenty of restaurants and pubs located near by.

A hotel that ticks so many boxes but just falls a little short when it comes to family rooms. Epic location, right outside Paddington station, at the Elizabeth line which is probably the best Underground line in London. The staff were very welcoming and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine, Easter egg and crisps. The breakfast was delicious for £14 and kids eat free. The only negative was the room itself, it’s not designed for a family of 4. A double and two single beds were squeezed into the room, which made it uncomfortable, we were literally head to toe for the 3 nights. I would 100% stay again, just need to book two rooms.

Great location! Staff were all very friendly. Just one thing that could be improved would be the water pressure in the shower. Anyone with long hair might find it less than satisfactory. Otherwise great place to stay, especially with the direct connection to Heathrow.
