Comfortable modern rooms, but no mini fridge in room which would have been useful. Very good tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. Good location - supermarket next door. Not too far from tube with easy, quick access to Heathrow and Central London.

This was the perfect respite from the heat wave! The room was so comfortable and cool. I used all the extras too: made tea, ironed my clothes, blew dry my hair. The breakfast was outstanding - an incredible spread and beautifully presented, always full and appetizing. The water jugs on the counter actually had CoLD water in them, not room temp (ie too warm) like everywhere else. The staff all were super friendly and accommodating. Easy access to Heathrow was a bonus. Five stars all around!

Clean room, staff seem pleasant, breakfast was good, although it can get a bit busy in these express hotels, but we had no issues, this time here. We travelled by train to get here, got off at West Ealing station, which is about a 15 / 20 minute walk, the hotel is on a busy road with local shops and a Sainsburys very close. In the room we were in I did find that someone's air conditioning seemed to be on all night which kept me awake, not sure where is was coming from.

Refurbished hotel, excellent rooms all new nice and clean. Superb service, and nice friendly staff. The breakfast was great and a good range to choose from, and it was all included. Will absolutely recommend this hotel. Just an half an hour journey into the heart of London. Great value for money!

Excellent hotel with staff happy to accommodate requests. However area around the hotel can be noisy at times during the night. Room is clean. Daily housekeeping. Good breakfast selection.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
There were plumbing issues during my stay. The shower water wouldn’t drain. Sink wouldn’t drain. Toilet wouldn’t stop running. Had to move to FOUR different rooms during my week-long stay. There was a safe in ONE of the rooms. The rooms are TINY. NO fridge microwave or basic LOTION! Housekeeping doesn’t really clean. They just make the bed. They don’t change sheets even if something was clearly spilled on them. They left drink glasses, silverware and trash on the counter. Staff is friendly but their hands are tied. I’m waiting to hear back from General Manager. Neighborhood is safe but not very clean. Not too far from Underground train.

We were greeted immediately as we entered the hotel. Staff were all friendly and very willing to help in any way. The room was very clean. Great shower, although there is a gap between shower screens which made the floor wet but solved when angled the shower away from the screen. Nice choice of Dove hand wash, shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast was buffet style and a good selection of hot drinks from the vending machine. Nice touch offering “grab and go bags”. On the slightly down side, some traffic noise so maybe ask for a room away from the front if a lighter sleeper. Quite a few takeaways around but the restaurants are just under a mile away. Tube stations too and a fair way away.

It was a typical Holiday Inn express but without a pool. You pretty much always know what you’re getting with Holiday Inn express. Clean comfortable rooms and helpful staff.
