Friendly and helpful check in. Upgrade to our twin room so we had a mezzanine floor with a kitchen area. Nice amenities, everything we needed. Hotel was nice and quiet but in a great location only a short walk from Paddington Station. Would recommend and stay again.

Great location and parking was easy right outside. The hotel was clean with friendly staff. The room was a good size and very clean with everything we needed. Getting around London was easy with Paddington station only a five minute walk away. Will definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent just a short walk from Paddington Station making transportation very convenient. Although the room was in the basement and quite affordable, it had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent.

Great location 5 mins to Kensington park and Hyde park. Staff were excellent, breakfast was very good. Enjoyed the tea and cookies left in our room. Other than the building being a little run down the room was very comfortable and cozy. Very close to so many restaurants and just a block from Paddington station. Excellent stay!

Our stay was good and I would stay there again. Great price with breakfast. Good location Pros: very comfy bed. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very nice and pleasant. Tea coffee and biscuits available. Great location and surprisingly quiet. Bathroom spotless. Cons: no USB sockets in the room so had to go out to buy a plug. Our room had some very dangerous steps down into the bedroom from the corridor. The room was rather dated No food available other than breakfast. No fridge in room.

We were a little disappointed with the room. I'd booked it for my husband's 60th birthday treat and felt the room was very small with barely any room to move past the end of the bed. It was also quite dark. Bathroom was tiny and shower over the bath with little room to move. I'm sure I asked for a walk in shower if possible as husband has mobility issues. The room was clean and tidy and a bonus had air-conditioning. Only problem was it made an intermittent annoying noise which kept me awake at night. Staff were very friendly apart from one of the maids who didn't acknowledge that we had let her pass in the stairs even though my husband had a stick and let her go first, she didn't even smile. Breakfast was nice.
