Staff were lovely, the room was clean with a very comfortable bed and good amenities. My only complaints would be the poor water pressure in the shower, the loose shower drain plate and the perfume/ scent that they must be using in the air vents. (Quite overpowering if you have a sensitive nose!) But the pool & sauna were a wonderful addition and every interaction with the staff was 11/10. I would definitely stay here again.
