Really great location getting the one bedroom apartment was spacious, it’s not glamorous but it’s very comfortable. I’m more than happy to give five stars here because the staff were amazing. It was a small bed but it was only me so it wasn’t a problem. The lounge was comfortable. There was coffee and tea making provided and it is a really accessible location and very close to the railway station with great restaurants. Highly recommend you for your next day in London here.

Great location

We absolutely loved our stay at Native Hyde Park. It was in an extremely convenient location. Easy to get to from the airport from Paddington station. Great room and space, and walkable to good shopping and food!

Pro: Very close to the Paddington station; the 1bedroom is very spacious and does have two beds (1 Queen, 1 pull out couch sofa) Con: no air conditioning, extremely hot and stuffy if the outside temperature exceeds 70F/20C. One fifth of the units are in the basement level, so we only had limited sunlight from the small courtyard. WiFi also was out for a good 12 hours for one night, so we had very limited cell service (from the basement floor) and no WiFi. Would not stay again here - can probably find similar, much renovated apart-hotels for same price / a bit more.

Great location

We had a two bedroom suite on the top floor, so thankfully they have a lift. The kitchen was a nice amenity and was well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful. Outstanding location, very near Hyde Park and Paddington Station.

Good spot

Very small but functional. We were only in the room for a few hours to sleep so it wasn’t a big deal. Decently clean. Bed was comfortable enough. Great location with easy access to Paddington Station and Hyde Park.

We loved staying at the Native because the vibe was so relaxed and we felt like we were at home. The kitchen was immaculate and had everything we needed. The bathroom was also spotless and had great smelling personal care products. The staff was kind, helpful, and so great about answering questions. Aside from that, the location between Paddington Station and Hyde Park was perfect. Best coffee ever right around the corner, too! We will be staying here everytime we come to London.

Good. Nice neighborhood, good transport links and pleasant staff. Spent five days at Native, Hyde Park. My only criticism is the place is rather pricey considering our room was never cleaned, towels were not replaced and our bins were not emptied for the whole period we were there.

Overall great with a few small downsides

Good: comfortable bed, plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, towel warmer in shower, clean fluffy towels, iron/steamer/clothes drying rack, fast wifi, friendly staff. Not great: some of the carpet and cabinetry is dated/slightly chipped or stained, and needing replacement. The washing machine has a mind of its own - use with caution. The furniture in living room seems outdated/not particularly inviting. The pillows on the bed are VERY overstuffed - not great for sleeping.

We don’t often make a fuss about our hotel stays, even when they don’t fully meet expectations. But what we experienced during our 4 days in the Native Hyde Park was just not acceptable. There are so many things that were not handled properly, despite the front desk people doing their best to hold things together. It started with the room not being ready for check in, the wifi was out for ~ 24 hours on arrival, workers are streaming in and out of the property as construction is underway on the hotel and various rooms (starting as early as 7:30am on our last day, you can hear the hammering and sawing from the room). We learned that our room was recently remodeled and it was clearly not ready for guests. There was construction dust throughout the place, no trash cans in any of the rooms or bathrooms, we had to request essentials like paper towels, plates/cutlery, as well as shampoo/soap. Honestly, we just got tired of asking for things that should have already been in the room. Additionally, the toilet upstairs doesn’t flush, it just runs continually. We had maintenance come by asking to do some appliance testing to ensure they were safe to use… which is concerning, given that we’d been using them for 3 days. Bottom line is that it’s just not acceptable for a hotel to be balancing renovations with hosting guests without providing notice to people who booked these rooms. The location of the hotel was very convenient, but little beyond that was a positive experience.

Don't pay more than 50 pounds!!! It's not true that this is a 4 stars hotel. Noisy rooms (machines outside), views onto dark and dirty yards, kitchen devices under minimum, unconfortable sofa, soap dispenser out of order, non-draining bathub, etc.

We loved our Premium Studio room! Great amenities: full kitchen, a washing machine, large windows and high ceiling; to name a few. The location could not have been more perfect; close to so much, and a 5 minute walk to the tube! This property (Native Hyde Park) definitely blends in and truly gives the feeling of being a local, however, upon first arrival, a little hard to find with only a little sign, by a door, to identify this property. Also, we had twice a staff member enter our room without invitation or announcement. First time was found that maintenance came in to cleaning gutters and cleaning off the balcony, but did not follow their own protocols. After that all staff (cleaning crew, included) were instructed not to enter our room for the remainder of our stay, but even with the sign on our door, not to enter, when we got back to room on one of our last days; a cleaning staff member had been in our room. Reception was apologetic, and said that management would be notified, but to our knowledge nothing came of either of this offenses.
