Great, affordable hotel in perfect location.

Amazing location, great spacious rooms and lovely staff. Beds were comfy and we had great amenities in our apartment. Lovely breakfast included and very affordable. Would definitely stay here again when coming to London!

Nice little older hotel just a block away from the British Museum. Close to the Tube, Soho, walkable or quick bus or subway ride to popular Piccadilly, Covent Garden & Leicester Square areas. Good breakfast!

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, found the staff very helpful and enjoyed our stay - location wise perfect, near lots of places to eat and shop. Our only negative would be that there are NO lifts in the hotel and our room was on the top floor.

This hotel was in such a great location to walk around lots of neat areas of London! It is also close by conveniences like shops and food. The included breakfast was great and the staff was very attention. The room was a great size and very cute!

Pros: The location is great: 5-minute walk to the British Museum and 10-20 minute walk to shows and restaurants. Farouk was great as well as cleaners and breakfast staff. Breakfast was hefty and tasty. Cons: The room was a dump. Although cleaned every day, it still felt dirty. The floor and maybe the entire building was sloping and felt unsafe walking around in it, especially on the steep spiral staircase. We're elderly and got the highest floor. I asked for a different room, but was offered one in a separate building which meant going every morning to Morgan Hotel for breakfast. This would have been very inconvenient. So, I declined. The soap/shampoo/conditioner stunk. The shower door was hard to open and close. The other concierge was very rude.

Great service, friendly and polite staff. Arrived early to drop bags and found room was available so very pleased. Also left our bags with them after we checked out and they were very accommodating. Everything in the room that we needed, very comfortable and plenty of space for four, everything was super clean and in excellent repair. Can’t recommend strongly enough.

The rooms were clean and provided comfortable beds for our one night stay. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Breakfast was included - a cheap and cheerful cooked breakfast, cereals, yogurts and fresh fruit to choose from.

Great find for a Central London hotel.

reat hotel, easy to find and right in the middle, within easy walking distance of everything. Room was spacious and clean with all facilities. Nice hot shower with good water pressure, lots of tea/coffee selection. Very friendly staff showed me around on booking in, breakfast the next morning was included and very tasty. I'd not hesitate to recommend Morgan Hotel

Not BAD but probably wouldn’t return.

Good location, comfortable clean bed. Narrow steep stairs, small room, small bathroom. Aircon in room 7 sounds like it has marbles in, not much sleep at all, couldn't turn aircon off as heater you could not control was on and could not open window. Breakfast on a Sunday finish’s at 9.30
