The hotel decor and room facilities are minimalistic to the point of being not comfortable, lack of shelves, place to put down your bath stuff or store your luggage. In order to change cloths you need to lift your suitcase and place/open it on top of the bed. Not for us. We are not coming again.

The staff was very friendly and the location is perfect. Very nice breakfast, although some some of the extras should be inclusive with the booked breakfast as well. One point of attention for us large Dutchies is to have a hook or two on the door or wall behind it for coats and / or towels to create a bit more space.

Breakfast was perfect sized. Not over indulging. Room was small but functional. I’d only recommend having some cosy lighting. And being in London it’s difficult to find a small boutique hotel where you don’t hear noise from the corridor or other rooms. Good stay and close to edgware road tube and busses, which is a bonus.

This room should not be a hotel room and even less associated to the Mariott brand or anything related to vacation. First of all, it's not the room we picked - im pretty sure the room had a window, and window room name matches with what's on the receipt. There is one single plug in the entire room and it stopped working. I stand corrected: my wife says 2 plugs, one close to the other. They both stopped working. After the shower, a bipping noise has started. When informing the staff, I got told to let them know if it happens again and record it. It happened again. Staff came and disabled the entire electricity pannel. The room was as dark as a bat cave, but with a striking green light on the ceiling, making impossible to sleep facing the door. Shampoos and soap bottles where 1/5th filled. It should be ilegal and it's a shame to the mariott brand to put a room like this available and provide this kind of service and then charge 400$ USD the night. It was a relief to leave.

Really not nice that breakfast is not buffet, you have fixed fruit plus one hot meal to be ordered. Any sweet need to be paid. This is not making any sense considering the whole room price. Reception is kind, pleasant environment, noisy floors when someone is walking above your floor. But please, fix the breakfast!

Could be great, but improved systems required

Room was compact but comfortable and exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the service at reception seemed very disjointed and the check in process was very slow and tedious. Overall a good stay, but mainly due to the beds being very comfy rather than the overall service. If things can be streamlined a bit this could be a great hotel.
