Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, I didn't like the step for the bathroom, thought it was a bit dangerous, especially in the night. The food wasn't great ,had a meal lacked tast and they forgot part of meal and had to wait a good ten minutes, not sure i would use them again.

Bedroom stank of sewage, so bad it kept me awake. I had to flush the toilet and run water multiple times overnight and keep the bathroom door locked and fan on for the night there. Otherwise the staff were very pleasant and the hotel was a good quality 3 star as advertised.

This hotel has a well-cleaned room with enough-large size, located at relatively quiet circumstance. The breakfast options are fairly standard and nothing out of the ordinary, but they are perfectly tasty. It is a 10- to 15-minute walk from Canary Wharf Underground station, and you might get lost if you are unfamiliar with the area. This is because the area around Canary Wharf station features shopping centres and has a relatively complex layout. However, the fact that this shopping centre houses a Waitrose, for example, makes it very convenient, which is a major advantage of this hotel.
