Hotel is close to Westminster Abby and the perfect distance for walking to all tourist spots. Bar was convenient and open late. Ran out of beer a few times but that was all. Rooms were comfortable and the kingsize bed was super comfortable.

We stayed for 5 nights and would definitely book this hotel again. It was our first trip to London and the location was awesome. Super easy to get to from Heathrow and with both the St. James & Westminster tube stations nearby it was so easy to get around. The hotel was also close enough to get to many of the sights we wanted to see on foot. The staff were kind and friendly and the breakfast was good too. Very reasonably priced with a good selection.

Room was almost comically small but had all amenities. Comfy queen size bed and pillows in Deluxe room. Simple but good breakfast with plenty of hot options. Quiet hotel - sound did not carry. Window in room provides some natural light, but absolutely no view of anything. Staff was very welcoming. One block from Westminster Abby, 2 blocks from metro, and a nice pub with decent dinner selections right on the corner. Overall a good stay.

Good place with a great location near Westminster abbey. Rooms are small and could be a bit cleaner but breakfast was excellent. Some of the staff were friendly some where less so. Overall a good place for a couple of days.

The hotel is located in an excellent location. Within walking distance to lots of major attractions. However the rugs were very dirty. Don’t think they have been cleaned in quite some time. Also not much privacy for the bathroom. Glass door with no sound insulation
