Location was excellent and Concierge staff were beyond excellent. Could not have planned a better stay. We were 4 couples in from Canada to attend Chelsea Flower Show, theatre production and the Abba concert. Hotel Cafe Royal was superb central location for all of us. The breakfast was delicious.

Perfection personified

I love this hotel. We received a warm greeting from Von upon arrival. He remembered me from last year. It made me feel very special. I know how busy your hotel is. Von showed us all around the hotel, spa, and our room. He is such a professional and takes pride in the hotel and his work. Everything is always perfect from everyone. I can’t wait to come back! The hotel facilities are first class, true to their rating of a 5-star luxury hotel in central london. All places of interests like Oxford Street, Soho, Chinatown, Covent Garden, is within walking distance. The location is super busy but at the same is very quiet. Their staff are wonderfully warm and welcoming and they always try their best to make sure you have what you need or you know where you're heading. Truly impressive and impeccable services - rates are expensive but the services you get here is worth every penny.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Staff not extraordinarily welcoming/friendly but competent. Amazing spa, but not value for money even at the luxury end of the market. Lots of hidden additional charges like a daily ‘service fee’ of £43. Which is a lot top of an already luxury price tag. Requests for gratuity on top of an already included service fee for food services.
