Lovely room, on of the lifts was being refurbished which meant a few trips up & down before actually getting off on the ground floor, however staff were really friendly and helpful. Super clean everywhere, nice coffee from the machine, and kitchen is equipped with everything you may need, good sized fridge! :)

They were still working on renovations when I went but my room was great. This location is very good for catching both buses and the subway. I had an issue with the wifi when I first arrived but they fixed it right away. Plus when I was about to leave early for the airport on the subway the front desk staff were nice enough to stop me and check to see when the station opened. I hadn't known they closed and would have been alone on the street, in the dark, in the early hours of the morning. Another feature is having the small kitchen to make your own meals and there is a small grocery store very near with manageable sizes and fair prices.

This property was a great place to be for the price. It was a nice walkable distance to major sites and transportation. Only issue was that it resets the password to the room wifi each day.

Website indicates 'Keurig coffee facilities available in all rooms the virtual assistant confirms. This is not case, Standard rooms get 2 instant coffee sachets, one tea-bag. Room cleaning once per week, any additional is extra cost. Reported an invasive smell in the room at 2.30pm handed a perfumed spray can at 9.30 pm, maintenance shrugged explaining, 'what do you expect me to do, this is a large hotel, I am on my own.' Breakfast gbp15.00 per person, is overpriced, quickly ran out of milk. Complimentary coffee in the main lobby was a nice gesture, which, for a numbers of days did not function properly, some hot drinks were not available. Online room pictures are deceiving, ours had no table or chairs for an in-room meal. All in all a very average hotel, in a great location, beware or false advertising.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. The decor was updated which is good as it was needed. However the ventilation system was not working well so a standup fan was brought to our room after we asked twice for a serviceman to fix the AC. There is not much space to hang clothes when you are 3 in the bedroom - no closet in the bedroom Kitchenette was well designed and supplied with dishes, platters, pots and pans and utensils.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station. It’s also close to pubs and theaters, making it a great spot to enjoy the nightlife. Since it’s a serviced apartment, there’s no daily housekeeping, but that also means no one enters the room, so you can relax without worrying about privacy. The breakfast selection is a bit limited and may feel repetitive if you’re staying for several days, but there are plenty of fast food places and supermarkets nearby, so you have lots of alternatives.

This was our first time staying at a Citadines and I can honestly say how impressed we were with it. From the minute we walked in, the helpfulness of the reception staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the great bathroom toiletries that are provided.
