Staff was really nice, the room was clean and comfy, no complaints there. However, the breakfast was just awful. The scrambled eggs tasted like water, the hashbrowns tasted stale and were very chewy and hard at the same time. They had vegan sausages available, however they looked very undercooked, so i wasnt brave enough to try them.

On arrival we were given the key to a room that was already occupied. This was quickly rectified We ate dinner at the hotel but the wrong meal was delivered. This was quickly rectified The fire alarm went off for a short time early in the morning. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly, efficient and apologetic! I have stayed at the hotel previously without any issues, after this stay I am not sure I would stay again.

Breakfast is disorganized. They were constantly running out of coffee in the machine and food on the buffet. Eggs tasted like powdered eggs - not good at all. Best part of hotel is its proximity to Limehouse station + walking distance from the river. Staff are very courteous.

All was awesome!! The staff accommodated our special requests; for early breakfast, kept our luggage, early check in and loaned us a uk charger as our didn’t work. Special commendation to Hafiza, her coworker on that shift, Murad, Hassan and lady on reception on Tuesday 26th( gave us early breakfast) grateful and thankful.

Really nice hotel, clean and well decorated, comfy beds. The staff were lovely, the let us leave pur bags while we were out and about. The breakfast was very nice as well.
