A great place to stay, the two gentlemen I dealt with were ever so polite and offered a lot of help. The room was very clean with coffee and water provided, a very quiet and peaceful place considering location. Will definitely stay again next time I stay over in London.

Staff were so nice and helpful - check in and out was really easy and the staff were great letting us keep our bags there for as long as we needed. I’d trust this hotel to book again on a future visit. Facilities basic but had everything we needed :)

Was a last minute booking after a negative experience elsewhere. Location and customer service was A+. There was an odor to the bathroom that was unpleasant but I was only in the room to sleep and shower for 2 days. Very reasonable budget accommodation seconds from King's Cross.

Coming in late, last Eurostar train with some delay. Check in with the clerk and gave the key, room was nice and neat. Good night sleep first 3 night, and close-by cafe and restaurants for food and drinks. Overall good hotel.
