Friendly and knowledgable staff. Centrally located. Very quite rooms at night...No street or other rooms noise. Shared bathroom inside the room. Family and young solo travelers welcome. Loved the place. I'm staying in the Central House Madrid when I visit there. I couldn't stay in Central House Porto, because it was all booked the days I visited.

I had a great stay here and would definitely come back! Very nice location, great staff, very clean, nice common space. The only suggestion I would have is to maybe start breakfast earlier than 8am, but the breakfast was very good!

Great location. Walkable distance to most of the tourist attractions. Room/bathroom was clean with good shower drainage. Was sad to hear we had to pay 2.5 euro for towels but overall had satisfying stay for 2 nights.

The place is so well located, breakfast has an excellent price and you get everything necessary to start your day in Lisbon. Although, it would’ve been nice if they told you upfront at the check in that there is a penalty of €5 if you check out late, apart from that everything went fine

This hostel is well located and is very clean. Rooms were nice and comfortable too. Staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. I'm not sure why they advertise a bar or outdoor seating since neither are open, so don't plan around that. The setup is nice but the chairs in the common area are not comfortable for long sits. I believe this is a great place if you aren't planning on hanging out in the hostel other than breakfast and sleep. Its not a place to meet tons of travelers or party, but I would definitely stay here again, I really slept well.

My room is in 5th floor and facing to the Rua dos Fanqueiros street. Every night 11-12 it was very noisy due to the cleaners collect the rubbish. If you’re not going to sleep at that moment, it’ll be fine for you. Overall is good especially the location.

Got 0 hour of sleep. The staff had 500 excuses to keep AC off when the weather was 30 Celcius degrees outside with high humidity; sheets felt damped. Upon request to turn on AC, they first claimed that they forgot and then claimed that another roommate requested to turn it off but there was no one in the room at the time I requested. Lack of sleep ruined my trip.
