On our recent Spain and Portugal trip we stayed at four different hotels, and this was by far the best. All locations were four stars, but this one felt like much more like a five-star property. The service was excellent and the attention to detail made it feel luxurious. The room was spacious and comfortable. Cleaning services happened promptly every day, which seems to be a rare experience nowadays. We found both the concierge and front desk staff to be very helpful. This is not to mention that the location could not be better in the Baixa neighborhood. The next time we are in Lisbon I would absolutely stay here again.

We cannot rave enough about the hotel, the quality, the staff, the service, the location Everything was top class - the service right from the welcome desk to the bar. everyone was friendly, warm, helpful, hospitable We loved our stay, and even though our anniversary did not fall on the day we were at the property, the hotel staff did things for us that surpassed what we might have experienced on the actual day. Thank you , we will be sure to stay here for all our future trips to Lisbon and also recommend this to everyone.

After a very lengthy research on hotels, we decided to book this hotel and we were not disappointed. This is a very beautiful hotel in a very central convenient location. Hotel itself is beautiful but it is the staff that made our stay exceptional. Front desk staff are amazing , from the time we checked in and checked out, they took very good care of us. They helped us with all our questions and provided multiple recommendations. Definitely recommend this place when you are in Lisbon 10/10.

Our room was clean and cozy. Staff were amazing. From the the check-in to their guest relations. The bar and the restaurant are both great places to go and relax and enjoy very good meals. Centrally located in the historic area of Lisbon and a 45 minute boat ride to Belem. We would highly recommend this hotel to stay at.

We had a great stay overall. The location is perfect for exploring central Lisbon on foot, with excellent shopping, restaurants, and attractions nearby. We especially enjoyed being next to the beautiful and historic Igreja da Graça. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay, both at reception and in the restaurant/bar. The building is beautiful and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and high-quality toiletries, so we didn't need to bring our own for our short stay. One of the hotel's highlights is the complimentary tea time at around 5 pm, where guests can learn about the hotel's history. They also offer a weekly guided walk around the city, which is a nice touch that unfortunately we did not have time to participate in. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and we appreciated that hot dishes were cooked to order. The only disappointment was the vegetable omelette, which was rather bland, so it's worth asking for extra seasoning when ordering. The fresh fruit juices and selection of teas and coffees were lovely. Overall, we would happily recommend this hotel for its fantastic location, fascinating history, friendly staff, beautiful building, and exceptionally quiet rooms - we didn't hear any noise from neighbouring rooms or corridors during our stay.

The staff were super nice and welcoming. It is located in a good location close to touristic area and the water. I highly recommend it if you are not looking for a 5 star accommodation.
