The hotel actually surprised me. The rooms are pretty good, with everything you need, simple but sometimes is all you need. They also give you somethings for the room that are free of charge, which is really nice. You know, for the price of the hotel, and also location I think they are really good. The staff are really nice as well

This hotel is quite beautiful with interesting, practical and often gorgeous appointments. Extremely clean rooms and lobby area. All staff were superb! So pleasant and attentive when needed. Outstanding Hotel in Lisbon

It was a great stay! The room was comfortable and clean. But truly the feature of this hotel is the staff. They were amazing!! Friendly, helpful, professional!! I would stay here again just for the staff!
