Very unique hotel and area. Be prepared as it is a bit hilly and the cobble stones are slippery when even mildly wet. The staff are awesome especially the welcome desk and the little restaurant staff. Plenty of eating areas around the hotel.

This is a great hotel to stay if you want to be in the heart of the old part of the city. The hotel was as described and the staff were very responsive. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.

Our stay here was fantastic. The rooms are big size and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast and coffee was lovely. It is a great location to walk around and see the sights and plenty of restaurant options close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved it

The hotel is located in the lovely Alfama. It is 2 minutes from the Miradouro Portas do Sol. There are a few cafes & restaurants around the corner. The staff is lovely. The room is nicely decorated and also it is close to the street, we did not hear a single noise. The breakfast was very good. To get there you need to walk uphill, which can be a bit difficult for older people or people with muscular issues (the solution is to take the bus or famous tram 28).

Really cute, quaint apartment hotel. Worked great for our family of 5 in the two bedroom suite. Elevator was appreciated as room was on the 4th floor. About 10 stairs to get up to the apartment once in the room. Breakfast was a delicious mix of eggs, toast, pastries and fruit. Worth the add on. Great area of the city. Lots of restaurants and things to see within walking distance. We felt safe walking at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful

What a great location, Diego was a personable manager, our room was awesome - clean & modern - and the restaurant within the Dalma, LI280A had delicious food & a wonder manager as well, Ricardo. The room cost was very reasonable But above all the service was outstanding! Thank you Diego & Ricardo for making our stay in Lisbon a wonderful experience!

Excellent location in the old town, very friendly reception staff on arrival. Only downside was the breakfast, little variety and not great quality. Otherwise would definitely recommend but book a room at the back which is quieter.
