A fantastic hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff members. I was very welcomed by the manager Andre (?) and front desk personnel Ives and Ruben (?) The room was very clean, comfortable snd spacious. The hotel location is accessible to all the tourists attractions and walkable to good restaurants and shopping

The hotel is close to many areas of interest - a short walk to historic sites, excellent restaurants, the train station and many shops. Cost of stay is very reasonable. Staff at the front desk are very knowledgeable regarding best restaurants nearby and directions upon request. Definitely recommend as the place to stay in Lisbon.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was quiet within the hotel which was a nice surprise because of the busy location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were large and comfy and the air conditioning worked well. The shower was excellent and very roomy. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice
