The home was exactly as shown, very clean and well supplied. The property is located only a short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. The host was pleasant and followed up throughout the trip to be certain we weren't having any issues. We plan on returning!

Lovely hotel in Lisbon.

Super comfortable and clean rooms, really suitable for anyone who wants a discreet stay in the city of Lisbon. It’s very central right next to the green line so easy to get to the airport. And also to cais de sodres which was convenient for me and my partner to get to Setúbal. The hotel assistance was always very fast and helpful and the bathrooms were so nice and clean would recommend.

It is very good hotel, clean, quiet. We liked its location, just few bloks from a metro station, walkable. In Lisbon, where hills are everywhere, this is a big plus. There are several locations close by for breakfast, and there are good grossery stores a block away from the hotel. Lockers at the entrance and the restroom were very convenient, because the check-in time is 3PM, and we arrived at 10AM. On the negative side there was a street construction under our windows (but the room was sound proof), AC was not strong enough to cool the room, and we did not have enough shower towels on the floor and had to reuse them for several days.

The stay itself was fine, but the check-in process was the worst we have experienced in over 30+ years of travel. Numa's automated passport verification system rejected two of our three passports without explanation, even though the same images had been accepted elsewhere during our trip. Once rejected, the system would not allow another upload attempt. We were on a cruise at the time and did not have physical access to our passports, making Numa's demands for new images extremely difficult. For four days I tried to complete check-in. Support responses were slow and repeatedly told us to "try again," despite the fact that their system made that impossible. We were sent an alternate upload link that claimed PDFs were accepted, only to discover they were not. The entire process was bureaucratic, inconsistent, and created serious concern that we might arrive in Lisbon without access to our fully prepaid accommodation. The problems continued after check-in. Numa initially gave us the wrong room number, resulting in multiple failed entry attempts before support acknowledged their mistake and provided the correct room. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well stocked. However, the customer service, communication, and check-in procedures were extraordinarily poor. We felt treated more like a security problem than paying guests. Because of this experience, we will never stay at another Numa property and cannot recommend them to other travelers.

It was an excellent experience. When we advised them that our tv was not hooked up they sent a technician who fixed it and they immediately compensated us by crediting our credit card. Excellent hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Numa Anjos. The location is great: close to the metro and within walking distance of some very nice restaurants and viewpoints. The check-in process was fully digital and incredibly smooth; we didn’t have to wait for anyone, and everything worked perfectly through the app. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well thought out, with plenty of natural light and good soundproofing for a central area. The only small downside is that the surrounding street can feel a bit busy at night, but with the windows closed, it wasn’t much of an issue. Overall, a very convenient and smart place to stay if you like a modern, self-service approach- definitely a great example of how digital hospitality should be done.
