Room was very uncomfortable. Air con didn’t work and room got very stuffy. Kids bed was very uncomfortable. Lots of noise from outside all contributed to none of us sleeping well at all for our two night stay

No shampoo in bathroom. That’s basic, but minor. But I don’t know if I missed the notice on Expedia about construction. Due to jet lag, my kids and I were still sleeping at 825 AM. I was startled awake by persistent loud squeaking noises. I thought someone upstairs was having “a good time in bed” but alas when it went on for 10 or more minutes and the noises evolved to banging and drilling so loud that I could not bear to be in the room another minute, I got up and left. The staff was nice, they were pleasant at check in and check out. It’s not a reflection on them. I just was not prepared for the construction noise and disruption. I would have gotten a different hotel had I been aware.
