Amazing location!! Step out and all of the coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shopping just minutes away. The staff helped with guidance on where to go and with day excursions. We loved the hotel for its balcony and views. The bathroom was compact but new. Bedding was comfortable and there was a fridge. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!!

I was in a 2 bedroom apt on 3rd floor - room 38. I would not book again. Pros: plenty of space, great location, friendly staff Cons: major sewage smell. It appears that this is a known issue on 3rd floor from past reviews that hasn’t been addressed. It is a terrible odor. They put some kind of fan system in room on 2nd day which did help. But concerned about what is causing smell and if it is a health issue.

We had an excellent stay at the Le Consulant hotel. The location was perfect for touring the city - everything was close and easy walking distance. The hotel has great history and the management has done a great job blending modern amenities with the historical charm. For those visiting - keep in mind that the historical Tram 28 stops right in front of the hotel.

Good location & easy to walk & explore the city. The room was comfortable. However, there was no way to heat water for hot tea or cups for anything larger than just nespresso. The bathroom was spacious, but lacked counter space . If they put a smal table next to sink area, it would be perfect. Staff was fantastic, helpful & friendly.

I really enjoyed this hotel and would look to stay here again on a future trip to Lisbon. The conversion of this old building into a hotel makes for a unique experience. I had a very nice, large room with a separate bedroom and living space with large juliet balcony doors that open onto the Praça Luís de Camões. Very convenient location, close to the metro and plenty of restaurants and nightlife steps away. The staff were kind and helpful. There is a nice bar and working space on the 1st Floor. If you are bothered by noise from the street, I'd recommend a room on an upper floor as this is a very lively area.
