"Staff was awesome. Super nice. Bathroom was designed kinda weird. Bed was good. No fridge or coffee pot, but lots of drawers. But hey your 100 feet from Times Square. At the price I got it can't be beat."

"The front desk was friendly at Check-In, especially Daniel. They made sure we were aware of the continental breakfast and complimentary drink. Though we didn’t eat the breakfast during our stay, it appeared to be breads and jams. The room was cozy for New York. The heated tile floor was the best! "

"Overall, I’d say the best part about this hotel is the location and proximity to public transportation. That’s a huge plus if you plan on traveling all over the city. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself staying here again unless the price happens to be an amazing deal. I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful. The bathroom, specifically the bathtub, was gross. Again, it wasn’t the worst place to stay but I expected better after reading everyone else’s reviews. Maybe I went on a bad week, I don’t know. "
