"I booked my room on Expedia, there was no indication that there was a closing time for the front desk so I booked knowing my plane would not land until after midnight. When I arrived at the property, the doors were locked with a sign that said CLOSED. Another sign said "For check in, please call #" I called the number 5 times and knocked on the door. "From the moment we stepped foot onto this resort the whole team at the Crimson made us feel welcomed with their hospitality. The whole property, from the lush, green, tropical grounds being well kept and beautifully manicured, to our beautiful room being immaculately clean, and with our linens smelling fresh, and a stocked bar with welcome goodies, snacks and drinks, we were blown away with this place! The team at the Crimson take hospitality to a whole other level! We snorkeled at the beach here a saw lots of beautiful fish. We enjoyed our time in the beautiful Infiniti pool and had so much fun trying the foods at the restaurants here at the Crimson. I recommend eating at the Azure Beach Club, it’s a whole vibe in itself with outstanding service! Also the Breakfast Buffet is so delicious, I see why they have earned their Michelin stars, sooooo delicious! I have nothing but amazing things to rave about the Crimson from a quick and easy check in, to WiFi being fast, to the whole team being very accommodating and allowing us a late check out when we were leaving Cebu. I will definitely be back soon!!"

"We had a great experience at Costabella. Definitely a bang for your buck! It is slightly outdated but the facilities and surroundings are well-maintained and clean. Would have been more awesome if they can fix the boardwalk. They have warm and courteous staff as well. Food is on the pricier side but great overall. The experience is very good overall."

"This is definitely the best choice for a stay if you are getting a domestic transfer and need to sleep for a few hours or so. Unfortunately, their hot water wasn’t working, so for me, it’s a 4 out of 5 because i could not shower after 20 hours of traveling up to that point. Other than that, for only $79, it was an amazing and beautiful hotel with a casino, pool and gym, room service, and breakfast on site. As long as their boiler is fixed, this is a 5 star place to stay for anyone wanting a nice hotel near the airport. Extremely clean also! Like, white glove clean. Enjoy!"

"The room was clean, spacious yet missing hair conditioner. The spa was helpful when asked questions however information was not always accurate. Please know if you want to do laundry it can take two to three days to be ready. Limited drinks at different times and restaurants. Went to the spa, they just show me where need to change and shower, however nobody showed me where was the sandals after changing, needs more clarity on where to wait while is your turn, massage was ok but felt cheap, in some point after body scrub and showered I was trying to let the massage therapist that I was ready but nobody answered for a couple of minutes to the point I had to stepped out of the room but she was not there at all and showed up later. Once finished the massage I was so disoriented and nobody was outside showing the way and saying thank you (I was going to tip her for her services but nobody was there), definitely room to improve. Family friendly definitely. Overall a good place to stay."
