"We traveled with two small kids (2 and 5), and everyone had a great time. The family suite was much more spacious than expected. The room service quickly set up sofa beds for us after one call, and even when there was water leaking into the room, the handyman fixed it while the kids enjoyed the beach. The kids very much enjoyed the terrace pool, the warm sea and the very fine sand. There is a shopping mall right across the street with a ferris wheel. The kids pool has multiple water slides that kids at different comfort levels and heights can enjoy. Small kids get hungry at random hours and there was cooked food and very delicious fruits available all the time. The adult pool was a bit cold and no available sunbeds at the beach. We mostly dined at the buffet which was fine, everyone's taste was satisfied. Bring your $1-$2 bills otherwise you don't get any alcohol in your drinks. The staff was very friendly and warm even when we forgot to bring money for tips. You can tell they have been working in hospitality for a long time, they take of you so well."

"Stayed here Feb 2026. Had a really great week here, it is one of the best All inclusives we have been to and I think I have been to 30 of them over the years. Everyone at the hotel did a great job. Room was always clean, food was really good and the service was excellent. They have a burger bar down at the beach with every topping possible. The buffet has a ton of options and the Restaurants were nicely decorated and service at them was excellent. A really nice selection of beers available everywhere, and drinks were good as well. We were at the beach most of the day and occasionally one of the 4 pools. The beach is amazing white sand with no rocks or shells and almost no seaweed. The ocean was crystal clear and beautiful, with a sandbar and waves that made it really fun. There were plenty of chairs at the beach and someone came around every day to position an umbrella if you wanted one wherever. Played volleyball everyday with a fun group of people from Minnesota. It really was a total package of everyone just doing an amazing job, with a great hotel layout and amenities. Couldn't ask for anything better!"
