"I got a family suite with terrance and lagoon view but our suite was on the way bottom and had no view just trees. During check in we waited outside the room for an hour having to walk back and forth for help because our keys did not work.The rooms were dated and staff were not very friendly. The food was terrible and the same thing was served every morning. Needless to say i paid more money to stay at the resort and it was awful andI will not be returning."

"The pool and beach view were amazing! Pool bar very slow and only had indoor breakfast but all was still good. Staff friendly and fun activites."

"Everything very clean. Room view of ocean was great. Elite pool was nice and quiet. Staff very friendly. Restaurants were overall very good. We ate at the Asian, Krystal and Don Julios, as well as Elite.. Mostly disappointed in the Elite Restaurant. Food didn't have a lot of flavor. Also we didn't like that the people from the spa were often out asking if we wanted massage."

"The staff were amazing, particularly our butler, Maggie, El Adio, and the bartender Fernando! He was amazing and we even moved to one of the pools when he went from the inside bar to the pool swim up! Absolutely amazing, friendly and we definitely need to go back!"
