"Adults only section wasn’t even operable. Food was mediocre at the very best. Room service is $10-12 per order which is strange for an all inclusive. A small resort fee was due at time of check in, roughly $25 for 5 nights. Pool was super cold. Kids everywhere. "

"Everything was great there except for the pool and beach area, people putting towels out too reserved spots but don't show up for hours when someone else can use spots. Rules need to put in place for something like this. Overall everything was great. "

"The location is impressive, with its pyramid shaped building, its cool to just be there. The check-in process was lengthy, a bad idea when you have a hungry and tired family. The single large pool was fine but I would have liked to have bathrooms near the pool and beach so you don't have to go all the way to the lobby or buffet (if its open) every time you need to pee or more. The rooms were good and the beds were comfortable but the air conditioning is a little loud and the bathroom door doesn't close fully, a privacy problem and the water from the shower comes out and gets everything wet. The activities where fun and the staff were great, friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend it and the price was good for the quality. Howeverm as with many other locations, the executive staff will invite you to a supposedly 90 minute sales presentation and offer you something nice, like a couple of massages. This generates a bad experience in my opinion. The presentation ends up being closer to 3 hours (it includes breakfast, but still) and at the end they push you to chose and buy whatever they are selling there and then. This creates pressure and stress, and feels scammy. I really hate this and wish they would find a better way to sell these things."

"If you wanted to sit by the pool, you had to be out at 7:30 in the morning to mark your chair with the flags provided to you by the facility. Trying to get beach chairs and poolside chairs was very difficult. People would mark the chairs at 7:30 in the morning and wouldn’t even come use them till afternoon. "

"The rooms were always cleaned every day. Sometimes they would come twice a day if they could. The staff at the hotel and outside were very sweet and helpful! Loved that the beach was right there and all the amenities they had to offer! Would definitely visit again! "
