"We were able to enter the apartment/condo style suite with ease, beautiful small pool to be by in the evenings, and lots of areas to walk around in. Easy to drive to main strip where the stores are. Hotel had a very attentive and friendly agent to communicate with via Whats App, who ensured our stay was comfortable and our needs were met. Thank you Rafael and staff. "

Areas to improve:
Communication between staff…. I reserved at Seasons on my birthday. When I got there they didn’t have me on the list. I went back to the front desk and they also had me down for there.
One afternoon I went to La Trop alone where I was the first to be seated. They seated four couples and they all got drinks and appetizers and 20 minutes before I was acknowledged. Nothing like feeling unseen when you are already making the step to go somewhere alone.
False advertising…. With their room service I was going to order something since I had an early morning excursion. The menu showed an omelet before 7 am but when I called to order they said their early morning menu was only toast and fruit. That’s okay but don’t put it on the menu if you won’t serve it.
Safety… the lifeguard on duty never watched the ocean when guests were in the ocean. I have pics of him facing the opposite direction watching the construction workers.
Things liked:
2 staff made a positive impression by remembering my name and always saying hi with a smile: Ingrid, hostess at Zangos, and Sebastian, bar tender.
Cleaning staff did amazing cleaning my room.
Loved extra things like drinks in room being restocked daily, bed being prepared in early evening, friendly staff always smiling and saying hello, and champagne and cheese cake brought to my room for my birthday.

"High beach chair and plentiful restaurant reservation availability when we went (off-season when fewer timeshare members were present). Gym was well-equipped, staff was professional and friendly, and the room was very clean and quiet with a mini fridge stocked with beverages. Speaking of beverages, the secondary area pool bar serves fresh coconuts so check them out and stay for amazing nachos. Restaurants and buffet on premises served high quality all inclusive food in general, with world class steakhouses within walkable distance (800m) from entrance. We highly recommend La Madalena where we suggest that you experience the Bone Marrow (Tuetanos) and combine them with Street Tacos, steaks and mixed cocktails for a memorable, authentically Mexican dinner experience that is worth the money.
