"The apartment was good, some comments are the bathrooms were a bit small and lacked space for things. The beds were big and comfortable but ridiculously low. The absolute biggest negative was the honking from the train station and border control area, it was all the time and really annoying especially all night and it's not short honking but people hang on to the honking, ridiculous. It was quite easy to go to the mall even though there is a big construction project next door."

"I arrived at the hotel in the evening to check in, but there were no staff around and the front door was locked. I had to wait a long time. When the staff finally arrived, I had to pay an additional non-refundable RM10 tax and a security deposit — this should have been clearly mentioned when booking, especially since I had already paid through Expedia. As for cleanliness, the female dorm was quite messy. It seemed like most guests were staying long-term, with personal belongings scattered...
