The room size is good. But three air con control isn't very good. Either too cold or too warmth. Staff were friendly. Had stayed here a few times. The play room has a pool table , pc and football table which needs some refresh.

There are only 3 lifts but they work very efficiently. I stayed at 19th floor but didn't have to wait long every time I press for the lift. The staff are courteous, and breakfast is excellent. On the whole, an excellent experience at Amari.

Our room was spacious and clean with daily housekeeping option. Breakfast buffet had many variety of choices (local & western style) and a live station for eggs option.
