Excellent stay at R&F TrexHomestay, the apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was seamless and accommodating to late check-in request. The apartment is located close to the checkpoint, and there are plenty of F&B options inside the R&F mall.

Good location! Only 5-10mins drive from CIQ/City Square if no jam! Can even have a good 15min walk if u know the short cut. Seamless check-in - just follow instructions in grp chat. Balcony and bedrooms have a nice sea view of Tanjong Puteri (Princess Cove)! Apartment has all the things u need fr kitchen utensils to toiletries to iron and even extra pillows! Aircon is so good and whole place is very clean. Love the fully marbled tiles for both toilets! And mall is just downstairs has some convenience 24hr store and cafeteria! Supermarket available for groceries and many F&B establishments like Coffee Bean, Burger King, Liho etc. We will surely come again with my family members!

Communication not strong. Instructions should have send one day in advance. The location full of constructions and inconvenient to drive. We need to locate the block, look for the security guard and letter box to retrieve the access card. The car park’s sign not clear and difficult to view due to the colour code use and small font! However, the house is clean and comfortable. It will be better if broom is provided as we need to do some cleaning for 4 days staying.

Nice apartment.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. But communication is a headache. Email a Malaysian number to call for check in procedure. However the number called like 20 to 30 times then get answered. No whatapp or email to communicate. Luckily after the 30th call, staff answered...gave me her personal whatsapp number and I finally managed to check in. Everything is good in room. The pillow need to change new as I accidentally saw inside the pillow case, the pillow is super dirty with stains. Everything else are ok. Car park is a nightmare as the card cannot use due to fault of parking scanner. The route into the car park and the premise is also headache...very jam and very complicated due to the mrt construction that road is only one lane. If not driving is ok. The toilet seat cover is damaged and give a bad dirty look. Better change a new one, is not expensive. Bidget holder also broken, need to repair. Otherwise this a very good place to stay.

The place is near the city area and the surrounding is very good. The only complaint is the link bridge to JB CIQ/Shopping Complex is truncated which make it quite difficult moving to city square, one of the shopping centers.

The apartment facing the main road was a-bit noisy from the causeway traffic and random motorbike noise. Maybe they can install noise blocking curtains or maybe the sea facing ones will be better and quite at night n they circled the wrong block on the photo for the direction to check in.lucky guard help us. Other than that it was an OK apartment for the price.
