He went above and beyond to assist us with every need — his kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly cared for. Our suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and perfectly maintained, making it a joy to come back to each day. The location couldn’t be better — convenient to everything yet peaceful and quiet at night. Every member of staff we encountered was exceptional, but the manager’s hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. It’s rare to find that level of sincerity and care in customer service. Without hesitation, I would stay at Hanare by Tokyo Stay again every time I visit Kyoto. It’s an absolute gem — elegant, welcoming, and a true example of Japanese hospitality at its finest. "
