When I accidentally left valuables and cash in the safe on checkout they immediately contacted me to return the items, working with me to hold them until I could make arrangements. "I was worried that a room the size of a twin bed would be claustrophobic, but the ceilings were high enough to feel spacious. The storage space under the bed was large, and I was glad to have personal space to lock them in. Staff were helpful and spoke English well enough to get me checked in. The lobby was a great place to eat and work in."

"I booked a private room with one bunk bed (sleeps 2) for my friend and I to stay a little over a week. The room had all the amenities I could ask for, save perhaps a microwave. The shower was wonderful, the bed comfortable. It was a little tight on space to sprawl out our luggage while still maneuvering in the room, but by no means was it impossible to work around. I ended up extending my stay twice because I was so happy with the hotel experience - we had originally planned on switching hotels halfway through the trip but this place was a wonderful combination of convenient, cost-effective, and comfortable. I needed little of the staff but whenever I did communicate with them they were courteous and had at minimum passable English. "
