"Beautiful and very cleaned. Our rooms was huge. Location was great! accessible to malls and restaurant’s and closer to some attractions too! Staffs are Friendly and helpful!"
"Really enjoyed our 3 night stay here at the start of our Malaysia holiday. The hotel is located within an easy 15 min walk to the Petronas Towers and KLCC. Helpfully, the Avis car rental office is also located at the ground floor business lobby, which made out subsequent hire car pickup very easy when we checked out
The hotel is of a more traditional, grand style. The rooms have recently been updated and modernised and are very comfortable. The gym was excellent and the outdoor pool very pleasant after a morning of sightseeing in the heat. Lots of fresh towels always available. We had an Exec room which meant we got access to the club lounge where complimentary cocktails/drinks and snacks were available each evening and made for a relaxing start to the evening
The staff were always friendly and helpful, particularly so in the main lounge area where we enjoyed relaxing with a drink. Breakfast was excellent as ever for a Sheraton, with lots of choice for all nationalities and the usual polite and efficient service.
Would happily stay here again when visiting KL"
"I love this hotel. It’s all computerized with lights, sleep mode, control temperature, curtains that go up and down. It’s very well designed. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also great and the cappuccino is the best. I was very comfortable and very happy staying there. I will stay in another CitizenM Hotel in the future. I highly recommend this hotel."
