"This is a fabulous hotel giving everything that a budget hotel can offer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks very unassuming considering that it is in the central business district, opposite the central market but it is quite quite inside and safe. Lots of shopping and food around the area. "The Hotel is merely 150 meters away from the kuala lumpur, within walking distance to most attractions in Kuala Lumpur. Staff: efficient but unfriendly. Room has smell of sewer. At one night there was loud drilling for one hour (2-3am). Ineffective communication with Expedia: hotel insists on collecting Malaysia tourism tax though it is explicitly stated by Expedia that it will pay to Malaysia Custom. The procedure for refund exists if you how to but time consuming."

"I wouldnt stay there again. The staff are creepy & didnt wanna help & tried to argue with me. It is a non smoking hotel - but all the rooms had ash trays & people have been smoking in there. No fridges in rooms. It is a 2 star hotel & it says a 3 star hotel on Expedia. It also says alot more untrue things on Expedia. I will never stay there again."
