"Great location. Very friendly staff special thanks to hardworking housekeeping staff Malik and F & B Manager Nicholas Betok who greets guests at breakfast buffet with his smile and friendly chat. Buffet has wide selection of local and international cuisines. "
"Highly recommend a stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The hotel and facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help.
Next door to the shopping centres and dining options. "
"Easy walking distance to the pavilion mall and the rest of the shopping and restaurants. The one bedroom suite (1610) needs updated televisions from 21st century. They were very old and grainy. The toilet took forever to refill. Other than those two issues the room was very spacious and comfortable for our stay and we will definitely return for our future trip in KL. "
