My daughter left her favourite soft toy upon check out and they are so kind to keep it aside for us as well and assist to help me send it back! Superb customer service! The hotel location is great! Opposite is victoria park where i went for a nice cooling run and next to the hotel there is a 24hrs supermarket as well. Very strategic location surrounded by shopping mall.
