"Had a great 3 night stay at this hotel. Biggest negative for us was we could not have our family of 3 in a single room and had to split a 2nd room with another family of 3 in our group. Daily breakfast was great, lots of options for both a Western palette or those wanting something more authentic to Japan. My biggest complaint would be the runny eggs but you can get an omelette cooked on demand. Several coffee options (very small cups though) and the kids loved the ice cream. Always fresh fruit, yogurt and a variety of bread/baking. Never ate lunch or dinner there. Multiple coffee shops on the first floor. Walkable to many dining options and to the bus (we were there for sports)"

"Modern clean hotel in the centre of Shibuya. Room compact. Modern bathroom, good shower. Excellent location if coming from Narita airport. Take lift after exiting train up to Shibuya stream, look for hotel sign, second lift takes you straight to hotel lobby. Great view from higher floor. Friendly staff. A free drink at happy hour for guests. Food show supermarket close by. Would recommend."
