"Just Checked out from our stay and now heading to next destination. Cannot fault this place and lived up my expectations. The room was big enough for a 3 night stay and had also a washing machine/sink area which was handy and the amenities and hairdryer was great. The cleaning service is only every 7days but towels and rubbish collection is whenever day you require when you put the sign on the door. Receptionist was really friendly and extremely helpful especially when i enquiried about luggage forwarding to my next hotel. Location is perfect. Familymart and supermarkets on the doorstep. Its close enough to the shopping action/Shibuya station (15mins walk) Will definitely recommend and stay here again on my next trip. "

"The staff was very kind and the hotel had an adorable tradition of gathering recipes from their guests. The location is close enough to all of Tokyo without being too close! The rooms are small by western standards, but if your getting a hotel in Tokyo hopefully you already knew that."

"Love this large hotel! Why? Great location: very close to the JR station, close to a large number of restaurants of all types, Daily Yamakazi kombini, huge drugstore/pharmacy. Inside the hotel tower, at the bottom of the elevator bank is a 24/7 mini 7/11 (such a convenience). Steps away from a lovely underground full size supermarket. Super clean room, quiet , lovely soaking tub/shower, very hot running water and fills the tub quickly, superb views. The staff in the lobby was great too. When I requested a specific view, she was extremely accommodating. Thank you, Prince Shin-Y. "
