"When we arrived we paid $30 for early check in they face us room keys etc wheb we got in the room it smelled like SMOKE cigarette smoke yes it’s a smoking room but it was supposed to be cleaned right smh no we go in the bathroom dirty towels bunched up in the corner tub and toilet dirrty trash under the beds and on the counters nothing was sanitized nothing smelled clean the sheets and covers was also used. Long story short I went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies and plug ins and cleaned the room ourselves and asked for the $30 backs "

"Scored a 5 on most services. I scored poorly because I was unable to use internet due the hosting of an event at the hotel. I checked out one day early and was told to contact Expedia for a refund yet when the Expedia called the hotel, there was no refund given due to the response of the hotel. Although the staff was very helpful, at least some of them were, I didn’t appreciate being told That I can get a refund just for the hotel to turn it down. Definitely not good business practice."
