"Had a great experience , my room was nice and clean, the bed was super comfortable . Only thing I didn’t like is you have to pay a fee for early check in , but other than that no problem at all ."

They sent us to another room room 166 that bathroom light blink like a strobe light and we told them that could they send maintenance so that we didn’t have to move our stuff again for a second time we went to dinner came back. The light was not fixed and the staff act like they didn’t know what we were talking about and that they didn’t put it in the maintenance book so we couldn’t did not have a light for the bathroom because we couldn’t stand in the seat the strobe light the customer service was horrible. The follow up was horrible. I will never stay here again and I really want my money back to be honest with you because it was a horrible. They also advertise that they had microwaves in the room, and when we got there, the rooms did not have microwaves in them, and he claimed that they never advertise that I’ve included a picture of the advertisement with the microwave."
