"This was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in, it smelled like mildew and the rooms as well as the property in general were not cleaned properly. We also dealt with a a very rude make desk clerk…I would not recommend this hotel to a dod"

"Room service was not provided since it wasn’t requested. We asked for additional towels and received them promptly. The hot tub and pool were excellent. Breakfast was good. The location is great, with many shops nearby."

"I stayed at this hotel for a weekend trip. The location was convenient and the check-in process was smooth. Unfortunately, the room did not meet expectations. The bedding did not feel fresh, and the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I also noticed some noise from the hallway late at night, which made it difficult to sleep. I brought this up with the front desk explaining how nasty the room was, while the staff were polite, the issue wasn’t fully resolved during my stay. Overall, the hotel has potential, but improvements in cleanliness and noise control would make a big difference. Based on this experience, I would consider other options next time. "
