"The rooms on the first floor are not in good condition smells of order covered with bleach and the a/c was not working properly the lights and phone was not working in one of the rooms I had to switch rooms twice would not stay here again was just pass through Atlanta "

" Ac not in proper working condition. Property littered with trash. Suspicion, unsavory characters(solicitor, homeless) attacking guests and trying to break into rooms. Unprofessional business practices such as not allowing check in on certain days through 3rd party and owned sites causing guests to pay outrageous non 3rd party owned property site costs(very sneaky but obvious) which are driven up on purpose for this sneaky practice. This needs to be corrected. Ots not a good look for Red Roof. Red Roof has great properties its just a few ive stayed at use these practices. Should be investigated and fixed."

"I stayed at this hotel for a weekend trip. The location was convenient and the check-in process was smooth. Unfortunately, the room did not meet expectations. The bedding did not feel fresh, and the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I also noticed some noise from the hallway late at night, which made it difficult to sleep. I brought this up with the front desk explaining how nasty the room was, while the staff were polite, the issue wasn’t fully resolved during my stay. Overall, the hotel has potential, but improvements in cleanliness and noise control would make a big difference. Based on this experience, I would consider other options next time. "

"The cable was very old not any good channels. The furniture was a little old as well. It was clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Pool was wonderful but they need to upgrade some of that furniture."

"Did Not Get to Check in Due to NO Rooms Available. Traveled 7 hours to not have a room even though money was taken from my card 2 days before to 'guarantee' room is secure. When I asked for accommodation to be relocated to another location with a room, I was told I would have to pay for the stay because the money does not transfer, They charged my Card AGAIN for a night because I was unable to check in. When I asked who to speak to regarding fees Intown said to speak with Expedia, and when I spoke to Expedia they said it wasn't them, to contact Intown (While Still in lobby). On Bank Statement its Labeled as Intown Took Payment Even Though The Lady at Desk Said they don't have access to funds UNTIL check in because Expedia have payment info. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! check in was 3-6-23 still have not received any money back"
