Customer service at the desk was great. Room was very clean, looked newly renovated. Nice and quiet surroundings. Traffic to get to downtown Atlanta was terrible but that's not the property fault. Great stay!

Issues with check-in. Had several staff stated the room the was registered to me was showing vacant. I was in room 204 which was assigned to me on Friday, Oct 17th. On Saturday housekeeping came stating the room that I was assigned to show it was vacant. That afternoon I went downstairs to the desk and was told the same thing. I showed him my email for my reservation and the card that I used to book the room. But again it showed that I wasn’t assigned room 204. Later that evening I received a call from the desk about the same issue.
