The restaurant was closed my entire trip which means I had to leave the hotel frequently to get food . They don’t have room service . You have to go down to order food and drinks at the restaurant that is not open . I had one single wash cloth in my room which is insane . It’s just somewhere I will never return . The caribean woman at the front is very rude . I’m just over this hotel . Me and my guest will not be returning or make any recommendations

Good location but the rooms need some updating and maintenance. No complimentary water in the room, no complementary coffee in the main entrance by the restaurant in the morning. Small closet in the room 3-4 hangers, by 10am they leave you a note saying you missed your housekeeping service; I can on and on. Didn’t like it and won’t return!

Staff is somewhat friendly. It appears their only friendly because its required. It appears as though they really don't want to be bothered by will assist you when needed. I'm not sure who cooks there but breakfast in disgusting. Definitely should find a new cook. Its either over cooked or under cooked. Cleaning staff are kind.
