"We enjoyed staying overnight at Discovery. Am surprised on how they welcomed me with a banner “Welcome Home” and there’s even a slice of chocolate cake for a treat, yum! Thank you! We’ve slept at our two comfy Queen beds. Very spacious room “premier” and they provide you with coffees and teas, bathrobes and slippers. Comes with a vault so you can leave your valuables when you go out. Very convenient to explore the Podium and SM Megamall which is just across the street. Superb breakfast with a view of skyscrapers. Enjoyed swimming at their swimming pool. Staff were very helpful and especially help us in getting our car which was parked at the basement because my personal driver had a hard time maneuvering her manual “stick” car. I highly recommend your stay to book Discovery through Expedia, it was worth it."

"Requested for early check in on the day itself and they kindly accomodated to my request and let me check in 2hrs before the usual check in which i am tremendously grateful for! Room was comfortable and had mostly everything u need. Staff were also very helpful with any questions we had. Only had breakfast for one day but the spread was generous"

"Arrived in my room and there was no toilet paper, shower gel , and the towels were stained. I called to get toilet paper 2 times and waited 45 min and no one came. I went to the front desk and asked for the manager and told him about the situation . I waited 45 more minutes and no toilet paper or shower gel. Called the third time and the toilet paper arrived and no shower gel. Very poor or really no management at this hotel."

"I always stay at Edsa Shangrila for the convenience and service , but this trip they haven’t fully paid much to cleanliness especially the bathroom otherwise their service , surroundings of the hotel are always presentable to the guests"
