I appreciated the breakfast provided and the location close to the Hammersmith station, but getting logged out of the wifi after around 2 hours of streaming was extremely inconvenient. This was not mentioned whatsoever when I checked in, and I only realized it when I got a warning on my work phone that I had used up all of my data. I contacted Reception and they asked me to provide the wifi addresses/IMEI codes for my devices to have those re-activated. A little lengthy, but this seemed to fix the issue until I got logged out once again later that night, but unfortunately no one was available to help me anymore at that time of night. All in all, I was happy with the stay until this very frustrating and costly situation, especially since I had to pay out of pocket the data usage on my work phone which the hotel took no responsibility for. Also, the walls are paper thin, I could hear the neighbors or was it the cleaning people talking loudly next door.
