"Great staff, particularly at the information desk and the bar/restaurants. Clean spacious room with excellent blackout blinds. Sound-proofing is great in terms of not hearing planes, however we could hear the room next door and people in the corridor along with persistent beeping car horns. Nevertheless, the walkway into the terminal made getting to our very early flight seamless. So we would stay again. Rooms are expensive but the hotel is fun and sadly they have the monopoly on the location, so can't imagine they will lower their prices."

"We had a very nice stay! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I especially appreciated the extra security measures, which made us feel comfortable during our stay. The location was also fantastic—being right beside Grand Central Station made getting around New York incredibly convenient. We would definitely stay here again!"

"OYO is right at Times Square, so expect noise from the streets. Come for the convenient location, and clean rooms. There isn’t anywhere you can sit down to work on your laptop, and the TV isn’t smart, doesn’t have local channels or a way to connect to the tv. (The HDMI ports are on the back and you can’t pull tv outward). I liked the evening/overnight concierge staff. A more seasoned individual, and sassy."
