Friendliest staff we’ve ever encountered - so upbeat and welcoming and genuinely helpful! The room was small but actually quite unique with its giant window. Location was perfect for walking everywhere and the restaurant we ate in for breakfast was delicious!
I've stayed at 2 locations in New York and both experience have been great. Comfortable bed, small room but has everything you need in the small space. Friendly and accomidating staff!
Great location, great staff and a cool vibe. The room was an odd layout, sink in the bedroom and seperate to the shower and loo. Hardly any storage. Fantastic terrace. Great little shop downstairs.
Great stay! Bathroom has a slider door so there isn’t true “privacy,” but there is a nice, larger restroom down in lobby. Staff was wonderful. Would definitely stay again!
Staff was excellent, the lounge area and restaurants were great as well. The overall vibe of the hotel was awesome. The downside is tiny rooms even by nyc standards and no gym.
